Do I need to pay for and connect Twilio to send SMS?
No, we are truly all-in-one and if you want a phone number to make calls or send SMS its just a click away. No integrations or third party services needed. However, if you want to connect Twilio you can!
Do I have to pay for updates?
No! We are constantly adding updates to FlowTrack Manager for free. Since we’re hosted in the cloud you dont have to worry about updates. You automatically get the latest and greatest updates.
Do you support SMTP and IMAP?
Absolutely.
Do I need to pay for and connect Mailgun to send Email?
No, we are truly all-in-one and if you want to send email just connect your Domain name. No integrations or third party services needed. If you want to connect any other email service provider you can!
Can I make a store in FlowTrack Manager?
If you are selling a limited amount of products or services then FlowTrack Manager would be a perfect fit for you. If you’re looking to create a “catalog” type of store then FlowTrack Manager wouldn’t be the best fit for that. Products like WooCommerce are more geared to support that use case. Even if you use Woocommerce for that part you’ll still need a funnel builder, chat, automation, and the other amazing services FlowTrack Manager offers!
Can I make calls and text from the same number?
Absolutely. Once you grab a FlowTrack Manager phone number you can make/receive calls and send text messages.
Do I have to install anything?
No! We created FlowTrack Manager so you wouldn’t need a team of I.T. people to just to run and scale your business. Just login and start building with drag and drop.

Yes! You can easily create product and service bundles and discount your bundles. Supports both digital and physical products.
Can I do autoresponders, dynamic follow-ups, or email sequences?

I already have a website. Can I still use FlowTrack Manager?

Can I transfer/port my phone number to FlowTrack Manager?
Yes! If you’re tired of paying a ton for your VoIP phone service we have a simple online process to port your phone number over. You can also “verify” a phone number you already own to use as the caller ID phone number displayed on outbound calls without porting your number.
Does the meeting scheduler sync with my calendar?
Yes! Connect your Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, or Office365 calendar to enable the meeting scheduler and then your appointments and meetings are synced across all your devices.
